Systems at AMBIO
The complementary imaging systems at AMBIO are able to image a wide variety of samples (i.e. tissue culture cells, tissue sections, small organs) over scales ranging from the mesoscale (>1 mm) to the nanoscale (<20 nm).
All AMBIO systems are equipped for multiplexed 3D live-cell experiments:
- Multi-color, multi-position, time series, large image scan, automation
- Environmental stage control (temperature, humidity + CO2, carbogen)
- Perfusion
- Autofocus/ focus drift correction (PFS, Nikon systems)
- Fully motorized high precision stage for accurate repositioning (3D x/y/z control)
